Work With Me

Stop Guessing What Your Body Needs

Personalized functional wellness and bioresonance support for high-performing men and women 35+ who want to lose 10–30 pounds, ditch the bloat, and feel more confident in their body.

You may already eat well, exercise, and pay attention to your health, yet your weight continues to creep up, your stomach feels increasingly bloated, or your digestion remains unpredictable. What used to work may no longer be working, and trying another diet, supplement, or wellness protocol only leaves you with more questions.

Food matters, but it is rarely the whole story. Your digestion and weight can also be influenced by your metabolism, microbiome, sleep, stress, emotions, nervous system, and everyday habits. Looking at these patterns together helps us understand the bigger picture and determine what may deserve attention first.

Does This Sound Familiar?

Ryan Buckingham

You're doing many of the "right" things, but something still feels off.

  • Your weight has gradually crept up, and losing 10–30 pounds feels harder than it used to
  • Your stomach feels relatively comfortable in the morning but increasingly bloated as the day goes on
  • Your digestion can be unpredictable, leaving you anxious about meals, restaurants, or travelling
  • Clothes that once fit comfortably now feel tight, or you find yourself choosing looser clothing to hide your stomach
  • You’ve tried eating clean, cutting foods, exercising more, or taking supplements, but the results never seem to last
  • You’ve been told that your test results look normal, yet you still don’t feel like yourself
  • You know your health needs attention, but balancing work, family, and everything else makes consistency difficult

There's a better way to understand your body!

You don’t need another generic diet or wellness protocol.

If you’ve tried eating clean, cutting foods, exercising more, or taking supplements without seeing lasting changes, the problem may not be a lack of effort. Weight gain, bloating, and unpredictable digestion rarely exist in isolation, which is why addressing one symptom at a time can leave you feeling stuck.

You need an approach that looks at the bigger picture, connects the patterns, and helps you determine what may deserve attention first.

Food matters, but it's rarely the whole story.

Nutrition plays an important role, but so do your metabolism, microbiome, sleep, stress, nervous system, emotions, movement, and everyday habits.

That is why cutting more foods or adding another supplement is not always the answer. We need to look upstream and ask what may have caused your body to become reactive, resistant, or out of balance in the first place.

When you understand how these different areas may be connected, you can stop relying on generic advice and begin making practical changes based on what your body actually needs.

A clear path forward...

Knowing what to do and consistently putting it into practice are two different things. Most plans tell you what to eat, what to avoid, or which supplements to take, but they rarely account for your schedule, stress levels, changing symptoms, family responsibilities, or how your body responds along the way.

You may be able to follow a rigid plan for a few weeks, but when work becomes demanding, travel comes up, or your results plateau, it is easy to question what you’re doing and fall back into old patterns.

Good coaching is not about policing your choices or handing you another set of rules. It is about helping you understand your patterns, make realistic adjustments, and hold yourself accountable as you build changes that fit your life.

How often do you…

  • Know what you should be doing but struggle to stay consistent when work or life becomes demanding?
  • Start a new plan feeling motivated only to lose momentum when your schedule changes or the results slow down?
  • Second-guess your food and supplement choices because you aren’t sure what your body actually needs?
  • Follow advice that sounds good in theory but does not account for your symptoms, preferences, or lifestyle?
  • Feel discouraged by changes in your weight or digestion even though you are making a genuine effort?

Personalized support and guidance for lasting change

There is no shortage of health information available. The harder part is knowing which advice applies to you, what deserves attention first, and how to adjust when your body does not respond as expected.

Working together gives you more than a meal plan, supplement list, or set of instructions. We look at your individual patterns, goals, lifestyle, and results so that your plan can evolve as your needs change.

You’ll receive:

  • Personalized guidance based on your health history, goals, symptoms, preferences, and lifestyle
  • Help connecting the patterns across your weight, digestion, metabolism, stress, emotions, and everyday habits
  • Ongoing support and adjustments when something is not working, your symptoms change, or your progress begins to plateau
  • Practical accountability to help you follow through, work through resistance, and hold yourself accountable
  • A more complete view of your wellness using personalized nutrition, microbiome insights, functional coaching, and AO Scan bioresonance where appropriate

I’m not here to hand you a generic plan and send you on your way. My role is to listen, help you make sense of what your body may be communicating, and support you as you turn that information into realistic changes you can maintain.

Imagine feeling like yourself again...

Ryan Buckingham

Meet the coach

Ryan Buckingham

Hi, I’m Ryan Buckingham, a Certified Primal Health Coach, Metabolic Balance Practitioner, and bioresonance practitioner specializing in functional wellness. I help high-performing men and women 35+ lose 10–30 pounds, ditch persistent bloating, and feel more confident in their body through personalized nutrition, microbiome testing, functional wellness coaching, and AO Scan bioresonance.

Before moving into wellness, I spent more than 12 years working in corporate retail. I understand what it means to perform in a demanding environment, carry significant responsibility, and keep pushing while your own health quietly moves further down the priority list. During much of my twenties and early thirties, I was also dealing with IBS, unpredictable digestion, and the frustration of trying to determine what my body needed.

Cleaning up my diet helped, but it wasn’t the whole answer. I began making lasting progress when I looked beyond food and started connecting digestion with stress, metabolism, sleep, emotions, and the nervous system. That experience shaped how I work today.

Instead of immediately cutting more foods, adding more supplements, or jumping into advanced protocols, I start with the foundations: nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, digestion, and emotional well-being. From there, we can look deeper and determine what may deserve attention next.

Unlike many nutrition and wellness programs that focus primarily on food or rely on generic recommendations, I combine nutrition personalized to your blood chemistry and individual biology with symptom-pattern mapping, strain-level microbiome testing, functional coaching, and AO Scan bioresonance. This allows me to explore the physical, emotional, energetic, and stress-related patterns that may be influencing how you feel.

My work is grounded in a simple belief: lasting change begins with understanding the bigger picture and strengthening the foundations before going deeper.
